Telephone support of this nature is free. Technical support can be provided by telephone, which is a billable service. A service call is a visit to your home or office to do the work, or a pick-up and drop off the computer for repair. You can also drop off/pickup your computer to avoid the charge for a service call. We prefer to do larger jobs in our workshop, allowing us to be flexible on the hours and ensuring we have all the resources needed to properly complete the repairs. |
