Q. Your company offers service starting at $19.95. Has anyone ever paid only $19.95?
A. YES. We have had several clients who paid only $19.95 for service. Telephone support is $19.95, and usually this method is sufficient for dealing with minor problems that can be resolved without a visit from a computer technician.
Q. Do you provide estimates for the work you do?
A. YES. We can estimate of the cost for any work you wish to have performed, but it is difficult to estimate how long it will take to "troubleshoot a problem" without performing some work first. An average service call lasts about 60-75 minutes. We suggest you make a list of questions and issues you wish to deal with.
Q. Can we drop off the computer for repair?
A. YES. You can bring your computer to our location for repair. We realize many people have busy schedules and have difficulty arranging a suitable time. We can also pick up the computer at your convenience.
Q. Do we have to give you our passwords?
A. YES. You will need to inform us of any passwords we may require while working on your system if you are not present to enter them. You should change your passwords regularly, for added security.
